What's in the stars? A little friend, it seems! A parody of a tarot card, 'The Friend' is a toadally awesome project for those who dabble in the mysterious world of divination. And it's a hoppy coincidence that you came across this pattern...(is it REALLY a coincidence?)
'The Friend' has the Roman number XIX, the same number as the Sun. This is only because frogs are the light of my life. Feel free to substitute!
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
This design uses 15 DMC colours and requires no backstitching.
Difficulty: intermediate.
The pattern is 76 stitches wide x 106 stitches tall. On count 14 fabric, the design is 5-1/2 inches/13.8cm wide x 7-1/2 inches/19.2cm tall. To calculate this pattern's size with any other count than 14, use an online cross stitch calculator.

Care information
After finishing your embroidery, it is recommended that you carefully hand wash it with water and a gentle soap. Ironing the back gets rid of any leftover marks from an embroidery hoop. Always be careful with your fabrics: if a fabric is dyed specially, be careful washing it, and consult the person you purchased it from whether washing and ironing is indeed safe.
