Processing Time All physical orders are dispatched within 5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, including a track & trace number.
Shipping Destinations We ship physical products to 32 countries across Europe, as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Digital products are available worldwide with instant download after purchase.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We ship all physical orders via PostNL using their 'brievenbuspakje' (letterbox parcel) service, meaning your order will be delivered directly to your letterbox without requiring a signature.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and are estimates only. They are not guaranteed.
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea: 2–4 weeks
Customs and Import Fees Customers within the European Union will not be charged any customs fees. Customers outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and other non-EU countries, may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. NeedleLot Designs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Damaged Shipments All international shipments include track & trace. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@needlelotdesigns.com and we will investigate with PostNL. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
